How we price
Fees reflect scope, data cleanliness, and whether the work is a live session or a multi-week written engagement. Numbers below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit for a single product line with a usable event glossary.

What is never on the invoice
- Software licences for analytics products we did not supply
- Percentage of creator payouts or revenue share
- Automatic renewals — each engagement ends when the deliverable is accepted
Deposits
Audits and written reviews usually ask for a 40% deposit to reserve the calendar window. Live sessions are invoiced in full after booking confirmation. See our Refunds page for how deposits and cancellations work.
Estimate factors we ask about early
- Whether creator and audience events are already distinguishable
- How many revenue moments (tip, gift, subscription, marketplace) you want in scope
- Whether leadership needs a Bahasa Malaysia summary alongside the English brief
