By browsing desktopnest.click or engaging Desktopnest for counsel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book an engagement.

Who we are

Desktopnest is a professional practice offering app analytics counsel for creator economy products. Contact details appear in the site footer and on the Enquire page.

Website use

Content on this site is informational. Fee figures are guidance, not binding offers. We may update pages without prior notice. You may not scrape, mirror, or misuse the site to misrepresent our practice.

Engagements

Scoped engagements (audits, readings, reviews, briefings) are governed by a written estimate or statement of work agreed by email. That document controls deliverables, timeline, fees, and confidentiality for the paid work. These website terms fill gaps only where the statement of work is silent.

Intellectual property

Site copy, visual design, and our brief templates remain Desktopnest property. Deliverables produced for a client are licensed to that client for internal use unless otherwise agreed. You may not republish our briefs as your own marketing collateral without written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of exports, event dictionaries, and product information you share. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. We do not claim rights in your application or creator relationships.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Desktopnest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from decisions you make after receiving counsel. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

No professional guarantees

Analytics counsel interprets information you supply. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes, user growth, or revenue. Instrumentation errors in your stack may limit the reliability of any reading.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, subject to any dispute clause in a signed statement of work.

Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements follow the terms referenced in their statement of work unless both parties agree otherwise.
